I'm far into the game, I recently unlocked the Deadly Assassin Outfit and had gotten all the scraps for it, but now when I go to change to it, it will not give me the option to change my outfit, even if I am at a Camp/Safehouse?

Just to make sure you're doing this right, when you're at camp or in your safehouse, when prompted are you pressing the X button and scrolling to the outfit you want then selecting it? I'm guessing you are. If not, I guess the only thing you could do is notify Rockstar and if they've had other complaints they might include a solution in the next patch.

I am having the exact same issue... I think the patch may have messed some of this up... my elegant suit is gone...

Ok.. this worked for me... maybe it will work for everyone...
Inside the game, go to start and then outfits... go through all of your outfits.... then go back to the game and my stuff came back. See if that works

If you are far enough to have opened the Marston family ranch at Beecher's Hope you can't change out of your rancher duds, it's just part of the game at that point.

I had that same problem. I just think it is part of the game. I did 2 more missions, and now I have all my outfits back.
