What is the most anoying thing in Multiplayer

This question had to can some day, so I better ask it now.

What is the most anoying thing you have experienced in Multiplayer?

As Topic starter I will start with: That when you enter multiplayer, you are imidietly get shot down by other players, and that 10 times after each other. And little children in multiplayer, found 3 today..... (what the heck do they in a game for 18+)

Not checking my map and getting shot in the head by someone coming full lick around a corner at me

I didnt mind it so much when I got jumped by a posse of three and killed em all dead ;D

I also had that, but that where 2 noobs started shooting on me. But I turned around and killed both of them. LoL

When you join free roam and keep on getting destroyed by one guy from 100 yards out with a pistol because he's using aim assist and you're not. Thank goldI finally got to level 15 so I can join the hardcore games and avoid that
